System Status & Statistics

Overview

The Discord bot provides real-time visibility into our infrastructure health and performance. Use /status to check if all services are operational, and /stats to view detailed metrics about our systems.

Both commands are available to all users and do not require a linked account.

Checking System Status

Using the Status Command

  1. Type /status in Discord
  2. View all monitored services and their current status

Overall System Status

At the top of the status display, you'll see the overall health:

  • All Systems Operational - Everything is working normally
  • Some Systems Degraded - Minor issues detected
  • Some Systems Down - One or more services are offline
  • Maintenance Mode - Scheduled maintenance in progress

Viewing Infrastructure Statistics

Using the Stats Command

  1. Type /stats in Discord
  2. View comprehensive infrastructure metrics

Available Metrics

Server Information:

  • Active game servers running
  • Open support tickets

Hardware Usage (Current):

  • CPU usage percentage
  • RAM allocation
  • Network inbound (24h)
  • Network outbound (24h)

Usage Metrics (30-day):

  • Total network traffic
  • Storage used

Backup Statistics:

  • Total backup storage size
  • Number of backup objects

Auto-Refresh

Statistics are automatically updated every 5 minutes to provide near real-time data.

Tips

  • Check /status first if you're experiencing issues
  • The bot's Discord status also shows current system health
  • Stats give you insight into overall infrastructure utilization
  • Both commands work in DMs for privacy
