Billing & Ordering

Overview

The Discord bot provides complete access to your billing information and allows you to order new products without leaving Discord. Use /billing to view your invoices and account summary, and /order to purchase new services.

This guide covers how to manage your invoices, order products, and configure automatic payments.

Viewing Your Billing Dashboard

1. Type /billing in Discord
2. You'll see your billing summary:
   • Total invoices
   • Unpaid invoice count
   • Outstanding balance
   • Account credit (if any)
   • Notification status

Managing Invoices

View All Invoices

1. From the billing dashboard, click View Invoices
2. Browse through your invoices (3 per page)
3. Use navigation buttons to see more

View Unpaid Invoices Only

1. Click View Unpaid to filter to unpaid invoices
2. Overdue invoices are highlighted with warnings

Invoice Information

Each invoice shows:

• Invoice number
• Amount due
• Due date
• Status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue)
• Payment link

Paying an Invoice

Click on an invoice to get a direct link to pay through the Billing System.

Ordering New Products

For Linked Users

1. Type /order in Discord
2. Select Minecraft
3. Choose your desired product
4. Select which region you want the server hosted in
5. Review your order summary
6. Optionally enable auto-payment
7. Click Confirm Order

For Guest Users

If your account isn't linked:

1. Type /order
2. Choose Browse as Guest
3. Select category and product
4. Choose options
5. Press Order Now
6. You'll be redirected to the Billing System to complete checkout

Auto-Payment

Enable automatic payment to have invoices paid automatically using your stored payment method.

Enabling Auto-Payment

1. Go to /settings
2. Click Auto-Payment
3. Confirm to enable

Or enable during checkout:

1. On the order review screen, click Enable Auto-Pay
2. Complete your order

Disabling Auto-Payment

1. Go to /settings
2. Click Auto-Payment
3. Confirm to disable

Billing Notifications

Receive DM reminders for upcoming and overdue invoices:

1. Go to /settings
2. Click Billing Notifications
3. Toggle on or off

Notifications are sent for:

• Invoices due within 3 days
• Overdue invoices (re-notified after 7 days if still unpaid)

Troubleshooting

I can't see my invoices

• Ensure your Discord account is linked to the Billing System via /settings
• Verify you're using the same email as your Billing Account

Auto-payment isn't working

• Check that you have a valid payment method stored in the Billing System
• Ensure auto-payment is enabled in /settings
• Verify your payment method hasn't expired

My order didn't complete

• Check for any error messages during checkout
• Verify your payment method has sufficient funds
• Try placing the order through the Billing System directly

I'm not receiving billing notifications

• Enable billing notifications via /settings
• Check that the bot can send you DMs (enable DMs from server members)
