Getting Started

2. Click on the Affiliate tab in the menu bar
3. On the affiliate page, click the Activate Affiliate Account button
4. Your account will be created instantly, and you'll be taken to your affiliate dashboard

Using Your Affiliate Dashboard

Your dashboard provides all the tools and information you need to track your affiliate performance:

• Affiliate Link: Your unique referral URL to share with potential customers
• Performance Metrics: Track clicks, sign-ups, and successful conversions
• Referral List: See which customers you've successfully referred
• Balance: Monitor your current commission balance
• Withdrawal: Request payment once you've reached the minimum threshold

How Affiliate Tracking Works

Our affiliate system uses tracking links to associate new customers with your referrals:

1. When someone clicks your unique affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser
2. This cookie remains active for 90 days (unless the person clears their cookies)
3. If the person creates an account and makes a purchase within this period, you receive credit for the referral
4. The commission is automatically calculated and added to your affiliate balance

Important Requirements

• Link Usage: Referrals are only credited when your affiliate link is used prior to purchase
• If a customer signs up without using your link, our system cannot track the referral
• Commission is only paid on new customers, not existing customers

Receiving Your Commission

Once your balance reaches the minimum threshold:

1. The Request Withdrawal button will become active on your dashboard
2. Click this button to initiate the payment process
3. Select your preferred payment method
4. Payments are typically processed within 5-10 business days
