Accessing and Managing Your Invoices

Overview

This guide explains how to view, download, and pay invoices for your Obsidian Servers Minecraft hosting services through our billing system.

Accessing Your Invoices

1. Log in to the Obsidian Servers billing system
2. Click on "Billing" in the top navigation menu
3. Select "My Invoices" from the dropdown menu

The invoices page displays all your billing history, including:

• Paid invoices
• Unpaid invoices
• Upcoming invoices

Understanding Invoice Status

Each invoice will have one of the following statuses:

• Paid: Invoice has been paid in full
• Unpaid: Payment is due
• Overdue: Payment deadline has passed
• Cancelled: Invoice has been cancelled
• Refunded: Payment has been refunded

Viewing Invoice Details

To see the complete details of an invoice:

1. Find the invoice you want to view in the list
2. Click on the invoice
3. The invoice details page shows:
   • Services included in the invoice
   • Payment due date
   • Amount due
   • Payment status
   • Applied credits or payments

Downloading Invoices

To download a PDF copy of your invoice:

1. Navigate to the specific invoice
2. Look for the "Download" button
3. Click to generate and download the PDF

Paying Invoices

To pay an outstanding invoice:

1. Select the unpaid invoice from your list
2. Click the "Pay Now" button
3. Select your preferred payment method
4. Complete the payment process
5. You'll receive a confirmation email once payment is processed

Invoice History

Your complete invoice history remains accessible in the billing system, allowing you to:

• Track past expenditures
• Download records for accounting purposes
• Verify payment status for all services
