Understanding Payment Cycles and Billing Methods

Payment Cycles

Obsidian Servers currently offers monthly payment cycles for all our services. This means:

• Your services are billed on a monthly basis
• The billing date corresponds to the date you initially purchased the service
• You'll receive an invoice via email before each payment is due
• Services are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

Available Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal: Secure payment processing through your PayPal account
• Stripe: Credit and debit card payments processed securely through Stripe

Using Account Credit

For added convenience, you can add funds to your account and use this credit to pay for services:

1. Adding Credit: Use PayPal or Stripe to add funds to your account balance
2. Automatic Payments: When you have sufficient credit, invoices will be automatically paid using your account balance
3. Credit Management: View your current balance and credit history in the Billing section of your account

Benefits of Using Account Credit

• Convenience: Reduce the frequency of payment transactions
• Simplified Management: Pay multiple services from a single balance
• Faster Processing: Instant payment of invoices when they're generated

Setting Up Automatic Payments

To ensure your services continue uninterrupted:

1. Log in to your Obsidian Servers account
2. Navigate to the Billing tab
3. Select Payment Methods
4. Choose your preferred payment method or set account credit as your primary payment option
