Close Your Account

If you wish to close your Obsidian Servers account, you will need to submit a support ticket requesting account closure.

Before You Request Closure

Please ensure the following before submitting your request:

• All active services have been cancelled
• Any outstanding invoices have been paid
• You have downloaded any data you wish to keep

Steps

1. Open a Support Ticket

2. Set the subject to "Account Closure Request"

3. In the message, confirm that you wish to close your account

4. Submit the ticket

Timeframe

Account closures are typically processed within 24 hours. In rare cases, it may take longer, but you will always receive a reply within our 12-hour response time.
