• Original Content: Articles must be your own work or properly attributed
• Accuracy: Information should be current and thoroughly tested

Formatting Guidelines

• Use proper markdown formatting
• Include a clear, descriptive title

• Use images as appropriate
• Include bulleted or numbered lists where appropriate

Technical Requirements

• Include version compatibility information
• Specify any dependencies or requirements

Submission Process

Before Submitting

1. Search existing articles to avoid duplicates
2. Ensure your content meets our quality standards
3. Test all procedures thoroughly
4. Proofread for grammar and clarity

How to Submit

1. Create your article
2. Create a ticket and select 'Knowledgebase Contributions' option
3. Include any supporting files or screenshots and the article itself

Review Process

• Initial review within 3-5 business days
• Technical verification by our team
• Feedback provided if revisions are needed
• Final approval and publication
• Credit notification and payment processing

Compensation

Payment Details

• $25 in service credits for each accepted article
• Credits applied to your account within 7 days of publication
• Credits can be used for any of our services
• No limit on the number of contributions per contributor

Eligibility

• Article must be original and not published elsewhere
• Content must meet our quality and formatting standards
• Must pass technical review and verification
• Attribution will be given to the contributor
